Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team will process it within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Express Orders: Processed within 12-24 hours.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on your location and local courier services. We strive to meet the estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Handling Shipping Issues

Wrong Product Received

Contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order ID and a clear image of the received product. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped or provide a refund based on your preference.

Missing Items

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order ID and details of the missing items. We will verify the issue and resend the missing items or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

Report the damage within 7 days of delivery. Submit images of the damaged or defective products. We will initiate a replacement or refund process upon verification.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking status indicates a delay beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us. We will investigate with Shiprocket and take appropriate action, including reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund to users for refund requests placed within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery and only in the instances mentioned herein. You may be eligible for a full refund only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product: You received a wrong product.
  • Missing Items: Product(s) missing in the order.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: The ordered product(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
  • Expired Products: The ordered product(s) is past its expiry date.
  • Allergic Reactions/Unsuitable Products: In rare cases, if products cause allergic reactions/do not suit your body.

Please note that for all the cases mentioned above, we will require clear images of the product(s) clearly showcasing the fault or issue with it.

How to Request a Refund

You can raise a refund request by contacting our customer care team through the channels specified below (available only between 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday) with your order ID, including the reason why you are requesting a refund and specifying the product(s) from your order in relation to which the refund request is raised, along with an image of such product.

In Case of Promotional Offers

If you have purchased a product which has a free gift/promotional offer associated with it and you wish to return the main product, then:

  • Return Requirement: You will have to return the free product along with the main product.
  • Refund Issuance: The refund will be issued after deducting the promotional offer applied.

In exceptional cases, if our courier partner attempts delivery (applicable for orders canceled before the delivery), please decline acceptance. If the delivery is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the same. Kindly keep the products in sealed & unused condition.

Processing of Refund

Refund processing times vary based on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Refunds: Please allow us 5 to 7 working days for the credit to appear.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: Approval may require an image of a voided cheque leaf, bank statement, or bank details. COD refunds may take up to a maximum of 3 weeks.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused; refund processing times may be subject to delays due to various factors including bank policies or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We ensure that Shiprocket follows strict protocols to maintain the confidentiality and security of your packages.
  • In the rare event of any shipping-related issues, our customer care team will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the matter promptly.
